2003 Subaru Outback sedan in Titanium Pearl monotone. Most Outbacks are wagons, making sedans relatively uncommon. [edit- as of MY08, all Outbacks are wagons & all Legacies are sedans, making Outback sedans extinct]
Most Outbacks have contrasting upper & lower colors, making the monotone scheme also relatively uncommon.
I think this color even makes the gold badging & wheels a little less noticeable.
The little antenna is for the OnStar system, not satellite radio.
The only options added to the car are the spoiler & the auto-dim compass mirror.
The trunk is HUGE. You could fit a body in there no problem.
The interior is grey with dark charcoal leather. It seems you find the beige interior more often.
The Legacy & Outback have always had frame-less windows.
Real wood on the steering wheel.
Fake wood everywhere else :-)
Heated seats seem really frivolous, until you have them & its 3 degrees out.
For 2003 the single CD/cassette player was dropped in favor of an in-dash changer. It sounds better than I expected from a factory system.
Backseat passengers over 5'11" will hit their head on the roof... bummer.
